By the judgment the Court of Justice upheld the General Court's judgment in case T-249/06, by which Article 1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 954/2006 was annulled, insofar as the anti-dumping duty fixed for exports to the European Union by Interpipe had been established on the basis of export prices that had been adjusted for commissions for sales via an affiliated trader.
