  • (1) Reguleeritud üksus käesoleva peatüki tähenduses on krediidiasutus, kindlustusandja, edasikindlustusandja, fondivalitseja ja investeerimisühing ning eriotstarbeline varakogum kindlustustegevuse seaduse § 3 lõike 4 tähenduses (edaspidi eriotstarbeline varakogum).
