shared-cost program - government programme provided by one level of government, usually the provinces, using money provided by the other level, usually the federal government. Shared-cost programmes help governments which have the jurisdictional obligation but lack the financial resources to provide programmes and maintain a nation-wide standard of public service.
1. Arengukava täitmist arutatakse Tartu Linnavolikogus, Linnavalitsuses ja koostöökogus. Kontrolli linnaeelarve raha kasutamise üle teostab linnavalitsuse rahandusosakond. Linnaeelarvest kaasfinantseerimisega teostatavate projektide täitmise kontrolli kord määratakse projekti partnerite vahelise lepinguga.
2. Sarnaselt EL-i teiste abiprogrammidega eeldab ka SAPARD projektide kaasfinantseerimist. Reeglina annab EL poole rahast, 25% katab avalik sektor (riik või kohalik omavalitsus) ja 25% abisaaja (talunik, ühistu).
The procedures for implementing the programme referred to in Article 8 are to include a permanent inventory of genetic resources in agriculture in the Community, concerted actions, shared-cost projects for the conservation, characterization, collection and utilization of those genetic resources and accompanying measures.
