60) pärisuunavöönd on sõidukite ühes suunas liiklemiseks ettenähtud sõidutee või selle osa. Kahesuunalise liiklusega sõidutee puhul loetakse pärisuunavööndiks sõidutee parempoolset osa, mida vasakult piirab liikluskorraldusvahend, selle puudumisel sõidutee mõtteline keskjoon. Sõidutee keskel sõiduteega samal tasandil asuvate trammiteede korral on suunavööndite eralduspiiriks trammiteede mõtteline keskjoon. Pärisuunaline trammitee kuulub pärisuunavööndisse. Kahesuunalise liiklusega sõiduteel, mille kogulaiuses on kolm teekattemärgistega tähistatud sõidurada, on pärisuunavööndiks ainult parempoolne sõidurada, kui liikluskorraldusvahend ei määra teisiti. Kui teel on eraldi rada ühissõidukile, aeglasele, raskele või muule sõidukile, mis ei ole raudteesõiduk ega rööbassõiduk, on selle eraldi raja sõiduteepoolne äär pärisuunavööndi ääreks muule mitterööbassõidukile;
