17) määratud tarne – turuosalisele temaga kauplemisperioodiks kokkulepitud sellise elektrienergiakoguse müümine, millest on bilansihaldurile ette teatatud käesolevas seaduses ja elektrituru toimimise võrgueeskirjas sätestatud korras;
