Näited

When it is marketed the honey shall comply with the compositional criteria listed in the Annex. However, by way of derogation from the second indent of paragraph 2 of the said Annex, Member States may authorize in their own territory: (a) the marketing of heather honey with a maximum moisture content of 25 %, if this is the result of natural conditions of production, (b) the marketing of "baker's honey" in "industrial honey" with a moisture content of not more than 25 %, if this is the result of natural conditions of production.
