The Court shall set up Chambers in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 221 of the EC Treaty, the second paragraph of Article 32 of the ECSC Treaty and the second paragraph of Article 137 of the EAEC Treaty and shall decide which Judges shall be attached to them.
La Cour constitue en son sein des chambres ? cinq et ? trois juges, conformément ? l'article 16 du statut et décide de l'affectation des juges ? celles-ci.
