1. Where goods covered by Article 297 are consigned from one Member State to another the T5 control copy ... shall be used ... The consignor shall complete the T5 control copy in sextuplicate (one original and five copies). The copies shall be numbered in an appropriate manner.
2. Any person who signs a control copy T5 within the meaning of paragraph 1 shall be required to put the goods described in that document to the declared use and/or dispatch the goods to the declared destination.
