Participation of up to three PES management staff from Estonia in three training modules, to be organised in co-operation with a number of EU PES, addressing issues related to PES modernisation, development issues of PES in candidate countries, international labour mobility, preparation for participation in EURES, and the PES role in the European Employment Strategy.
