Võõris käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on materjal või ese, mis oma olemuselt ei kuulu pakendijäätmete hulka või mida käesoleva seaduse alusel ei koguta koos pakendijäätmetega.

For the purposes of this Act, foreign matter means a material or object which by its nature does not form part of packaging waste or which is not collected together with packaging waste on the basis of this Act.
