  • § 7. Tootja (1) Tootja on elektriettevõtja, kes toodab elektrienergiat ühe või mitme tootmisseadme abil. (2) Väiketootja on tootja, kelle Eestis asuvate tootmisseadmete netovõimsus koos temaga ühte kontserni kuuluvate teiste tootjate Eestis asuvate tootmisseadmete netovõimsusega kokku ei ületa 10 MW.

(2) A small producer is a producer the net capacity of whose generating installations which are located in Estonia, together with the net capacity of generating installations located in Estonia and owned by producers belonging to the same group as the producer does not exceed 10 MW.

  • 9) tootja – isik, kes valmistab toote või kes laseb toote projekteerida või valmistada ja kes turustab seda toodet oma nime või kaubamärgi all. Tootjana käsitatakse ka importijat ja levitajat, kes laseb toote turule oma nime või kaubamärgi all või kes muudab juba turule lastud toodet viisil, mis võib mõjutada toote vastavust kohaldatavatele nõuetele;
  • defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
  • 9) ‘manufacturer’ means a person who manufactures a product or has a product designed or manufactured, and markets that product under their name or trademark.An importer or distributor who places a product on the market under their name or trademark or who, in a manner that may affect the conformity of the product with the applicable requirements, alters the product that has already been placed on the market, is also considered a manufacturer;
