(1) Pukseerimisleping on töövõtuleping, millega üks isik (pukseerija) kohustub pukseerima laeva, eelkõige laeva vedamise või tõukamise teel. Teine isik (tellija) kohustub maksma selle eest kokkulepitud või tavalist tasu.
