Kui isiku võime oma teo keelatusest aru saada või oma käitumist vastavalt sellele arusaamisele juhtida on käesoleva seadustiku §-s 34 nimetatud põhjusel oluliselt piiratud, võib kohus kohaldada käesoleva seadustiku §-s 60 sätestatut.
