(1) Parim hinnang on tulevaste rahavoogude kaalutud keskmine, kus riskivaba intressikõverat kasutades võetakse arvesse tulevaste rahavoogude väärtust. Kindlustusandja võib parima hinnangu arvutamisel rakendada riskivaba intressikõvera kohandamisi vastavalt käesoleva seaduse §-dele 46 ja 47. Kindlustusandja kasutab Euroopa Komisjoni kehtestatud kohandamata riskivaba intressikõverat või kattuvuse või volatiilsuse kohandamise rakendamisel tehnilist teavet, kui Euroopa Komisjon on kehtestanud asjakohase rakendusmääruse.

(1) The best estimate means the weighted average of future cash flows where the value of future cash flows is taken into account using the risk-free interest rate term structure. An insurance undertaking may apply the adjustments of a risk-free interest rate term structure in the calculation of the best estimate pursuant to §§ 46 and 47 of this Act. An insurance undertaking uses the unadjusted risk-free interest rate term structure established by the European Commission or the technical information in the implementation of the matching or volatility adjustment, if the European Commission has established a relevant implementing regulation.
