(1) Püsiv töövõimetus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on rohkem kui 182 järjestikuse kalendripäeva jooksul esinev oluline funktsioonihäire, mis on tekkinud Kaitseliidu liikmena käesoleva seaduse § 4 lõike 1 punktis 4 sätestatud Kaitseliidu ülesande täitmisel või lõike 2 punktis 3 nimetatud korrakaitseorgani ülesande täitmises või lõike 31 punkti 2 alusel õppekogunemisel, sealhulgas lisaõppekogunemisel osalemisel teenistuskohustuste täitmise tõttu saadud vigastuse tagajärjel.

(1) For the purposes of this Act permanent incapacity for work is a serious functional impairment of a member of the Defence League occurring for more than 182 consecutive calendar days as a result of an injury due to the performance of a task of the Defence League provided in clause 4 of subsection 1 of § 4 or the performance of a task of a law enforcement agency specified in clause 3 of subsection 2 of § 4 or upon the performance of the duties during the participation in the reservist training, including additional reservist training, on the basis of clause 2 of subsection 31 of § 4 of this Act.

(1) Püsiv töövõimetus käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on rohkem kui 182 järjestikuse kalendripäeva jooksul esinev oluline funktsioonihäire, mis on tekkinud kaitseväe- või asendusteenistuses teenistusülesannete täitmise tõttu saadud tervisekahjustuse tagajärjel.

(1) For the purposes of this Act permanent incapacity for work is a serious functional impairment occurring for more than 182 consecutive calendar days as a result of health damage received due to the performance of duties in military service and alternative service.
