§ 15. Põhiharidus Põhiharidus on riigi haridusstandardiga ettenähtud kohustuslik üldharidusmiinimum. Põhihariduse omandamine loob eeldused ja annab õiguse jätkata õpinguid keskhariduse omandamiseks.
