(1) Muu seeme käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on sertifitseeritava taimeliigi turustada lubatud nõuetekohane standard- või tarbeseeme, geneetiliste ressursside säilitamiseks ettenähtud sordi seeme või sertifitseerimisele mittekuuluva taimeliigi nõuetekohane seeme., (1) For the purposes of this Act, ‘other seed’ means compliant standard or commercial seed of plant species subject to certification which may be placed on the market, seed of a variety intended for conservation of genetic resources or compliant seed of plant species not subject to certification., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
