(1) Moderniseerimisfond käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiivi 2003/87/EÜ artikli 10d alusel loodud fond, mille kaudu rahastatakse energiasüsteemide moderniseerimise ning energiatõhususe parandamise projekte., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, (1) For the purposes of this Act, the Modernisation Fund is a fund established under Article 10d of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council through which projects for modernising of the energy systems and improvement of energy efficiency are funded., defined within the scope of this Act
