§ 3. Meretööleping Meretööleping on tööleping, mille alusel teeb füüsiline isik (edaspidi laevapere liige) teisele isikule (edaspidi reeder) tööd, alludes reederi juhtimisele ja kontrollile. Reeder maksab laevapere liikmele töö eest tasu.
