(1) Asja müügilepinguga kohustub müüja andma ostjale üle olemasoleva, valmistatava või müüja poolt tulevikus omandatava asja ning tegema võimalikuks omandi ülemineku ostjale, ostja aga kohustub müüjale tasuma asja ostuhinna rahas ja võtma asja vastu.
