(2) Liik käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on: 1) looduskaitseseaduse alusel I, II või III kaitsekategooriasse kuuluv liik; 2) käesoleva paragrahvi lõike 3 alusel kehtestatud määruses nimetatud liik.

(2) For the purposes of this Act, ‘species’ means: 1) a species belonging to the protected category I, II or III under the Nature Conservation Act; 2) a species specified in the regulation established on the basis of subsection 3 of this section.
