(3) Leibkonnaliikmeks käesoleva seaduse tähenduses loetakse: 1) riikliku statistika seaduse § 24 lõikes 4 nimetatud isik, kes elab Euroopa Liidu kodanikuga ühises majapidamises ning kellel on iseseisev sissetulek; 2) isik, kellel on Euroopa Liidu kodanikuga tõendatud püsiv ja faktiline kooselu., (3) For the purposes of this Act, ‘member of the household’ means: 1) a person specified in subsection 4 of § 24 of the Official Statistics Act who resides with the citizen of the European Union in a shared household and has an independent income; 2) a person who has a proven permanent and factual registered partnership with a citizen of the European Union., defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses, defined within the scope of this Act
