(1) Krediidiagent on krediidivahendaja, kes on seotud ühe krediidiandjaga ja tegutseb ainult tema nimel ning selle krediidiandja täielikul ja tingimusteta vastutusel (käesolevas peatükis edaspidi krediidiagent).
