(1) Korrakaitse on avalikku korda ähvardava ohu (edaspidi oht) ennetamine, ohukahtluse korral ohu väljaselgitamine, ohu tõrjumine ja avaliku korra rikkumise (edaspidi korrarikkumine) kõrvaldamine.
