(1) Kollektiivleping on vabatahtlik kokkulepe töötajate või töötajate ühingu või liidu ja tööandja või tööandjate ühingu või liidu, samuti riigiasutuste või kohalike omavalitsuste vahel, mis reguleerib tööandjate ja töötajate vahelisi töösuhteid.
