(15) Kivisüsi, pruunsüsi, koks ja põlevkivi käesoleva seaduse mõistes on kütteainena kasutatavad tahkekütused, mille KNi esimesed neli numbrit on 2701, 2702 või 2704 või mille KNi kaheksa numbrit on 2714 10 00.

(15) For the purposes of this Act, coal, lignite, coke and oil shale are solid fuels used as heating fuel, for which the first four digits of the CN code are 2701, 2702 or 2704 or for which the eight digits of the CN code are 2714 10 00.
