(7) Haridusasutus saab õiguse välja anda kõrgharidust tõendavaid dokumente, kui tema õppeprogrammid ja nende realiseerimise tingimused vastavad riigi haridusstandardile ja ta on saanud sellekohase riikliku tunnustuse.
