(4) Kõrgendatud oht on oht isiku elule, kehalisele puutumatusele, füüsilisele vabadusele, suure väärtusega varalisele hüvele, suure keskkonnakahju tekkimise oht või karistusseadustiku 15. peatükis sätestatud I astme kuriteo või 22. peatükis sätestatud kuriteo toimepanemise oht.
