(2) ‘Minimum requirements for energy performance’ means the ceiling values of the total energy consumption of existing or new buildings, which are based on the purpose of use of the buildings and which take into account technical parameters, the requirements established for utility systems with a significant impact on the building’s energy performance or the requirements for introducing the use of renewable energy in buildings. Minimum requirements for energy performance may also include requirements for the building’s other utility systems if the operation of those systems causes the building’s energy demand to increase significantly., (2) Energiatõhususe miinimumnõuded on olemasolevate või ehitatavate hoonete summaarse energiatarbimise piirmäärad, mis lähtuvad hoone kasutamise otstarbest ja arvestavad tehnilisi näitajaid, hoone energiatõhusust oluliselt mõjutavatele tehnosüsteemidele esitatavaid nõudeid või tingimusi taastuvenergia kasutuselevõtuks.
