(2) Emaettevõtja käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on isik, kes väärtpaberituru seaduse § 10 kohaselt kontrollib vähemalt ühte äriühingut või muud juriidilist isikut (tütarettevõtja). Emaettevõtja tütarettevõtja tütarettevõtjat käsitatakse käesoleva seaduse tähenduses sama emaettevõtja tütarettevõtjana.

Emaettevõtja tütarettevõtjate tütarettevõtjaid käsitatakse käesoleva seaduse tähenduses sama emaettevõtja tütarettevõtjatena.

(1) For the purposes of this Act, a parent undertaking is a person who controls at least one company or other legal person (hereinafter subsidiary) pursuant to subsections 1 and 2 of § 103 of the Securities Market Act. For the purposes of this Act, subsidiaries of subsidiaries of parent undertakings are deemed to be subsidiaries of the same parent undertaking.
