91) biometaani lõpptarbimisse andmine on energiamajanduse korralduse seaduse §-s 327 nimetatud päritolutunnistuse alusel biometaani maantee- või raudteetranspordis kasutusse andmine;
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
91) ‘supply of biomethane for final consumption’ means the supplying, under the certificate of origin mentioned in § 327 of the Energy Sector Organisation Act, of biomethane for use in road or rail transport;
