audit authority

(1) Auditeeriv asutus nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1083/2006 artikli 59 lõike 1 punkti c tähenduses on Vabariigi Valitsuse nimetatud ministeerium. Auditeeriv asutus täidab nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1083/2006 artiklis 62, artikli 88 lõikes 2 ja artiklis 98 nimetatud ning muid käesolevas seaduses või teistes õigusaktides sätestatud ülesandeid.

(1) "Audit authority" within the meaning of Article 59 (1) © of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 means a ministry appointed by the Government of the Republic. An audit authority shall perform the functions specified in Articles 62, 88 (2) and 98 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 and other functions provided by this Act and other legislation.

(1) Auditeeriv asutus Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 1303/2013 artikli 123 lõike 4 tähenduses on Rahandusministeerium.

(1) The auditing authority for the purposes of Article 123 (4) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council is the Ministry of Finance.
