§ 102. Asja läbivaatamise kulud Asja läbivaatamise kulud on: 1) tunnistaja-, eksperdi- ja tõlgikulud; 2) dokumentaalse tõendi ja asitõendi saamise kulud; 3) vaatluse kulud, sealhulgas sellega seotud vajalikud kohtu sõidukulud; 4) menetlusdokumentide kohtutäituri vahendusel ning välisriigis ja eksterritoriaalselt Eesti Vabariigi kodanikele kättetoimetamise ja edastamise ning menetlusdokumentide väljastamise kulud; 5) väljaandes Ametlikud Teadaanded või muul viisil kutse või teate avaldamise kulud.

§ 102. Specific costs of considering the case Specific costs of considering the case are: 1) the costs of witnesses, experts and interpreters or translators; 2) the costs of obtaining items of documentary and of physical evidence; 3) the costs of inspections, including the necessary cost of travel for the court; 4) the costs of service and forwarding or procedural documents through a bailiff and of service and forwarding in a foreign state, or of extra-territorial service and forwarding to Estonian citizens, and the costs of issuing procedural documents; 5) the costs of publishing a summons or notice in the edition Ametlikud Teadaanded or by other means.

Asja läbivaatamise kulud on: 1) tunnistaja-, eksperdi- ja tõlgikulud ning kohtuekspertiisiseaduse alusel hüvitatavad menetlusvälisel isikul seoses ekspertiisi tegemisega tekkinud kulud; 2) dokumentaalse tõendi ja asitõendi saamise kulud; 3) vaatluse kulud, muu hulgas sellega seotud vajalikud kohtu sõidukulud; 4) menetlusdokumentide kohtutäituri vahendusel ning välisriigis ja eksterritoriaalsetele Eesti Vabariigi kodanikele kättetoimetamise ja edastamise kulud; 41) menetlusdokumentide väljastamise kulud; 5) [kehtetu] 6) tsiviilasja hinna määramise kulud.

Specific costs of considering the case are: 1) the costs of any witnesses, experts, interpreters and translators as well as the costs of any non-parties that have been incurred in connection with the conduct of an expert assessment and that are compensated for under the Forensic Examination Act; 2) costs of obtaining any items of documentary or of physical evidence; 3) costs of conducting an inspection, including necessary travel expenses incurred by the court; 4) the costs of service and transmission of procedural documents through an enforcement agent and of the service and transmission of such documents in a foreign state and to extraterritorial citizens of the Republic of Estonia; 41) the costs of issue of procedural documents; 5) [Repealed] 6) the costs of determining the value of the civil case.
