6) abikõlblikkuse periood on toetuse taotluse rahuldamise otsuses, investeeringute kavas, käesoleva seaduse § 13 lõikes 1 nimetatud toetuse andmise tingimuste õigusaktis, § 18 lõikes 2 nimetatud lepingus või § 18 lõikes 4 nimetatud käskkirjaga kindlaks määratud ajavahemik, mis jääb ajavahemikku 2014. aasta 1. jaanuarist kuni 2023. aasta 31. detsembrini;
defineeritakse selle seaduse ulatuses
6) ‘the eligibility period’ means a period which is set out in the grant decision, investment plan, legislation on the conditions for the provision of support specified in subsection 1 of § 13 of this Act, the contract specified in subsection 2 of § 18 of this Act or the time period, which is set out in the directive specified in subsection 4 of § 18 of this Act, falling into the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2023.
