(1) Abieluvararegister on riiklik register, kuhu kantakse abieluvaralepingus toodud ning seaduses sätestatud juhtudel varalised õigused. Abieluvararegistri eesmärk on võimaldada saada kolmandatel isikutel teavet abikaasadevahelise varasuhte ning sellest tulenevate õiguste ja kohustuste kohta. Kui abieluvararegistris puuduvad andmed abikaasade kohta, siis eeldatakse, et abikaasade varalistele suhetele kohaldatakse varaühisuse varasuhet.

(1) Marital property register is a state register for the registration of proprietary rights provided for in the marital property contract and the proprietary rights in the cases provided by law. The purpose of the marital property register is to enable third parties to obtain information about the property relationship between spouses and the rights and obligations arising therefrom. If the marital property register contains no data about spouses, it is presumed that the proprietary relationship of jointness of property applies to the proprietary relations of spouses.

(1) Abieluvararegister on riiklik register, kuhu kantakse andmed abieluvaralepingus või kooselulepingus sisalduvate varaliste õiguste kohta ning andmed muude varaliste õiguste kohta seaduses sätestatud juhtudel. Abieluvararegistri eesmärk on võimaldada kolmandatel isikutel saada teavet abikaasade või registreeritud elukaaslaste vahelise varasuhte ning sellest tulenevate õiguste ja kohustuste kohta. Kui abieluvararegistris puuduvad andmed abikaasade kohta, siis eeldatakse, et abikaasade varalistele suhetele kohaldatakse varaühisuse varasuhte sätteid.

If the marital property register contains no data about spouses, it is presumed that the provisions on the proprietary relationship of jointness of property apply to the proprietary relations of spouses.
