(6) Üldtingimused käesoleva seaduse mõistes on kõigi krediidiasutuse klientide suhtes rakendatavaid standardseid tingimusi sisaldav dokument, mis sätestab krediidiasutuse ja kliendi vaheliste suhete põhialused, krediidiasutuse ja kliendi vahelise suhtlemise korra ja üldised tingimused kliendi ja krediidiasutuse vaheliste tehingute teostamisel.
